Blocked when making route
BeantwortetI am trying to recreate a route on COROS that I originally created on another running site. However, when I try to go around cul-de-sacs the map just removes any points I put on the circle and changes the route to have me avoid the circle altogether. Additionally, I am trying to have my route go down a certain street and it just completely blocks me from putting a route on this street. Is there a reason it behaves this way (the other site I use does not), or is this a bug? Thank you!

Hey! I just tried to recreate the issue you explained in my own app, and it seemed to work okay for me. If you want to email me a screen recording of what you are seeing, I'd be happy to help you further! community@coros.com

Hello,
This could be due to the version of Mapbox used by the app. I have been comparing side by side exactly the same routes building using Coros Explorer, Suunto App, and OutdoorActive. I regularly have the same issue as mentioned above: You try to add a waypoint to build up an itinerary but it is like the app "refuses" to plot it on the map and instead will take/offer another path section. This is frustrating and the only way to make the itinerary for such section seems then to manually draw instead of using "Snap". And this can take some time if you really want to be accurate in your drawing... I would say that if I have 100% success with OutdoorActive, I usually have 80-90% success with Coros but only 70% with the Suunto app.

Hi OLIVIER B
I've linked a Support Article below that should be helpful, and attached a screenshot of the section I am referencing. It’s likely the road you are selecting is not listed as commutable via foot/bike.The article also walks you through the manual option to create your desired route in this case. Let me know if you continue to have questions! You can report this section of road to MapBox to update the satellite data if you would like as well.I hope this helps solve your problem, but don't hesitate to reach out if you have any further issues.0
