Personal Record update error
This is a user who is using Coros Face 3.
The half-marathon record is not updated in the personal record, although it was reflected in the activity by running the half-course on April 28. Because of that, I didn't even get a half-course badge.
Is it an app error? Please check if it can be reflected

Hi, I am sorry to hear that happened to you.
Sometimes the race itself is not an official distance recognized by our algorithm (example is a half marathon is 13.1, but your watch records 13.09 and therefore the badge does not count). Without seeing your activity file, I cannot confirm that this is the reason you did not receive the badge, however you can email our Support Team and they can help you out. Once the reason is determined, they can then suggest a solution to awarding you the badge in the app. Can you please submit data through the COROS app (profile > customer support), so our team can take a look at your race file and see why the badge did not show up for you?
