Orders can only be canceled within the first two hours after placing an order. If you would like to cancel or make changes to your order, please follow the steps below.
- Navigate to your order confirmation email and select Edit or Cancel Order.
- Select Cancel Order.
- Select Continue.
- Check your email for an order cancellation email. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund amount to go back to the original form of payment.
If the time has exceeded two hours, please reach out to support@coros.com with your order number.
