You've just finished a hard run, and you are ready to sit back and review your data. How do you know if the COROS POD 2 was connected while you were running? There are a few different ways to check, and it depends on whether you wore the COROS POD 2 on your shoe or your waist.
When wearing on the shoe:
If you are in the middle of a run, you can pause the activity and then look for the small accessory icon. If the icon is a solid color, that means the COROS POD 2 is successfully connected. If the icon is flashing or missing completely, then the COROS POD 2 is disconnected. You can also check after your run is completed by viewing the activity summary in the COROS app and looking for the temperature graph, which means the COROS POD 2 was connected properly.
You can also look at the bottom of the activity summary to see if the COROS POD 2 icon is present.
When wearing on the waist:
If you are in the middle of a run, scroll through your workout data fields to view Ground Contact Time, L/R balance, Stride Height, or Stride Ratio. (If you do not have these workout data fields, you can set these up by following these steps). If you are receiving data in any of these fields, then that means the COROS POD 2 is connected. Likewise, you can also check after your run is completed by viewing the activity summary in the COROS app and looking for any of the above data graphs.
