Training Session Scores
After performing a structured workout, Effort Accuracy is based on the quality (achievement of intensity goals) and quantity (completion of time/distance/load target volume) of what you actually accomplished compared to the planned structure workout. Scores range from 0-100.
- Quality: target heart rate of 150-160bpm, active heart rate falls in the target range of 80% of the time, to achieve the standard that is 80
- Quantity: the target distance of 10km, the actual exercise 9km, the completion of that is 90
- Rating: (80 + 90)/2 = 85
Modular Structured Workout
- Modular display helps you quickly grasp the structured workouts. The width of the module represents the relative percentage of target time/distance/load for a single section, and the height represents the percentage of target intensity set for a single section.
- When you have completed your training session, COROS populates the corresponding section modules based on the actual time/distance/load completed for each movement.
You can combine Effort Accuracy and the module filling to understand how well you performed the training session.
