The following policies apply to orders made from au.coros.com and coros.com/au only.
Shipping Policy
In most cases we use Australia Post for delivery of all au.coros.com orders. All orders are dispatched within 3 working days once your order is confirmed. Shipping times vary, depending on your location. If you have not received an order within 10 business days, please notify us by email at info@coros.net.au.
- Orders placed on a public holiday or Saturday - Sunday will be processed on the following business day.
- Tracking information will be emailed to you once the order is fulfilled.
- Orders cannot be cancelled after they are fulfilled/shipped.
Return Policy
Return Eligibility
- All products ordered from au.coros.com can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery;
- Orders purchased from retailers, distributors, or international websites (e.g. es.coros.com or uk.coros.com) must be returned following their respective returns and refund policies.
- Products must be returned in their original physical condition with all accessories, documentation, packaging, and promotional items.
- If the order is returned after the specified return window, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. None of these rules affect your statutory rights.
- If products or packaging are damaged or missing, the refund will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@coros.net.au and provide the following information:
- Order number
- Product code, description, and quantity of the item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
Once your request is received, our team will send you instructions to return your items. You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning your item(s). When returning items, please retain a tracking number as proof of shipment. Without a tracking number, we cannot guarantee processing your return or refund in case the item is lost or delayed during transit.
Refunds
- Once your return has been delivered to our Return Department, it can take up to 7 business days to initiate the refund process including return inspection. Original shipping costs and customs are non-refundable.
- Once the refund is approved and processed, you will receive a system-generated confirmation email. Check the spam folder if you do not receive it. It may take several business days for the refund to show up on your original payment account due to the e-commerce platform (Shopify) and banking system processing time.
Exchanges/Upgrades
- COROS doesn’t offer product exchanges or upgrades. If you need to return a product, please contact info@coros.net.au or instructions on the return procedure. If you are still within the return window, you can place a new order.
