If you have trouble selecting or scrolling through menu items, it is possible that dirt is stuck inside the dial or button components. To resolve the issue, please try the steps below:
- Rinse the watch under running water.
- While rinsing, gently press and scroll the dial or button several times.
- If the dial or button is still unresponsive, try restarting and resetting your watch.
- Restart: Press and hold the power button for at least 15 seconds or until the COROS logo appears.
- Reset: COROS app > Device page > Tap on the watch image > Remove > Reset.
Please note: Resetting the watch won't affect the data synced to your COROS account, but it will remove any personalized settings and data stored on the watch. Please try reconnecting to the COROS app after the reset.
