- Try to clean the watch body as often as possible
- Use a soft-bristled toothbrush to clean those hard to reach places on the watch
- Please avoid using any direct chemicals (bleach, non-diluted cleaning agents, etc) to clean the watch
- Avoid letting the watch body come in contact with oils, sunscreens, perfumes, bug repellant/DEET, or other chemicals as this may lead to discoloration or degradation of certain materials on the watch body.
- Do not use any photo or light-emitting disinfectant/cleaning products as this may damage the watch screen or sensors
- If using cloths for drying, please use lint-free cloths to avoid fabric "sticking" in or to the watch

Best Practices to Keep Your Skin Healthy
- Regular Cleaning: Make a point to clean your COROS watch on a routine basis, and wash your hands and wrist with gentle soap and water following exercise or prolonged usage.
- Allow the Skin to Breathe: Especially after activities that induce heavy sweating or following water-related activities, allow the skin underneath your watch to breathe and recover by removing the device from your wrist. Follow similar considerations during periods of long-term daily usage by swapping wrists that the watch is worn on.
- Be Aware of Trace Mineral Contact: Although COROS watches are not made specifically with nickel, there may be trace amounts present in the metal alloy used to construct specific components of the device. The usage of a charging port cover (available for purchase on Amazon or AliExpress) is a great way to help reduce potential irritation for those with skin sensitivities.
- Seek Medical Advice: If you experience persistent skin irritation, consult with your family doctor, or with a board-certified dermatologist, for proper diagnosis and treatment.
