PACE Pro
PACE Pro comes with a COROS charging adapter that works with any standard USB-C cable. The metal pins on the charging adapter fit snugly into the watch's charging port. Plug in the adapter to PACE Pro until it snaps into place (the adapter will lie flush against the back of the watch).
Next, plug in a standard USB-C cable to the other end of the charging adapter. Once your USB-C cable is connected to power, your PACE Pro will begin charging. For information about how to charge your PACE Pro, click here.
If you are following the steps above but your PACE Pro can’t maintain a stable charge, please check if the power outlet voltage is too high/low. Switch over to a computer or a standard USB power adapter and try again. Certain power adapters may be equipped with quick charge capability and are not suited for charging COROS watches.
Next, please check if PACE Pro's charging port and the metal pins on the charging adapter and USB-C cable are clear of debris. Use an air duster to blow away any dirt or debris that may have collected around the charging components.
If the watch still doesn’t power on and the screen is black even with charging, please follow the steps below to restart the watch:
- Charge PACE Pro for over 2 hours, even if the screen doesn’t turn on.
- Remove the charging adapter from PACE Pro (this step is very important).
- Press and hold the Power button (BACK button) for over 15 seconds or until the COROS logo shows up.

If the watch can’t maintain a stable recharge, please check if the power outlet voltage is too high/low. Switch over to a computer or a standard USB power adapter and try again. Certain power adapters may be equipped with quick charge capability and are not suited for charging COROS watches.
Please check if the metal pins are clear of debris. Disconnect the cable from power and rinse both the watch and the cable. For best results, we recommend using a toothbrush to scrub the charging connectors under warm running water for 45-60 seconds. Let them air dry and try again.
If the watch still doesn’t power on and the screen is black even with charging, please follow the steps below to restart the watch.
- Charge the watch for over 2 hours even if the screen doesn’t turn on.
- Remove the charging cable from the watch (this step is very important).
- Press and hold the Power button for over 15 seconds or until the COROS logo shows up.

- Power button location
- Please don’t press both buttons on your COROS watch at the same time. Otherwise the COROS watch will enter Inactive mode and will not respond to normal operation or charging. If you accidentally do so and the watch enters Inactive mode, please follow the steps above to return the watch to normal operation.
- Please power off the watch if you plan to stop using it - main watch face > System > More Settings > Turn Off.
