On the COROS app
From the Activities page, locate unwanted activities and swipe from right to left on the activity you wish to delete. Please note, there is no way to recover the activity after deletion.
In COROS Training Hub
From the Activities list, locate unwanted activities and click on the trash can icon on the right side of the activity you wish to delete. Please note, there is no way to recover the activity after deletion.
On the COROS watch
Activities under 1 minute of workout time can be deleted manually. After finishing an activity, the following message will pop up on the screen. Press the lower button to confirm the deletion.
"Workout Time is less than 1 minute. Save the data?"
For activities longer than 1 minute, they will automatically be saved to your watch's History menu. On select COROS watches*, you can delete these saved activities by going to the History menu, locating the unwanted activity, and scrolling down to the "Delete" option. Please note, there is no recovery after deletion, and the activity deleted on the watch will also be deleted from the COROS app.
*This applies to the PACE 2/APEX Pro/APEX 2/APEX 2 Pro/VERTIX/VERTIX 2. For other watches, you cannot manually delete activities longer than 1 minute directly on your watch. However, older activities will be overwritten by newer ones when the storage on the watch runs out. Please sync your COROS watch with the COROS app on a daily basis so that your data is securely stored on your COROS account.
You may also reset the watch, returning the watch to the factory settings. This will delete all activities and customization settings on your COROS watch. However, this will not delete any data saved on your COROS account.
