Due to the recent iOS 13.4 or later OS updates on your iPhone, the Bluetooth ANCS pairing info stored on your phone may be lost during the update process. This may cause COROS watches to auto restart and buttons may become unresponsive. Please follow the steps below to fix the issue on your watch.
- Remove the watch from the COROS app > Device page > tap on the watch image > Remove device.
- Forget the Bluetooth connection on the Bluetooth settings on your iPhone.
- Restart your iPhone.
- Reconnect the watch with your phone via the COROS app.
