Route files in standard GPX format are supported on select COROS watch models.* Route files can be imported from AllTrails, Strava, race websites, or other sources as long as they were originally created in the standard GPX format.

When the route opens, tap Save in the top right corner. You can then tap “Sync with your watch”.
You can also create routes from previously completed activities. Open the activity from your Workout List in the COROS app and tap the share icon in the top right corner. Then choose “Add to My Route.”
You can view your saved routes in the Navigation Routes Library, located in the Profile page of the COROS app. From this list, you can swipe left on any route to delete it from the app.
When you are ready to add a route to your watch, simply open the route in the Navigation Routes Library and then tap “Sync with your watch”.
