Due to a recent bug resulted from incoming phone call notifications from select Android phones, the COROS APEX watch will freeze and restart when the user scrolls through the widgets on the main watch face and tries to get to the notification widget.
Affected users please contact support@coros.com and provide the 6 digit watch ID or 10-digit SN to receive a new firmware to fix this issue.
Or you can follow the steps below to fix the issue temporarily.
- On the COROS app > Device page > Notifications > Disable Phone Calls.
- Reset the watch
