What is COROS EvoLab and how does it work?
COROS EvoLab is the revamped COROS sports science platform revolutionizing the way athletes receive personalized fitness, fatigue, and performance evaluations to help maximize training efforts and efficiently achieve fitness goals.
EvoLab applies to all workout types and offers timely and accurate feedback during and after training on your watch and the COROS app to monitor daily, weekly, and long-term metrics such as training load, recovery, intensity, and more.
Additional features including the race predictor and running performance are available for road runners to track and improve their training on flat and paved roads.
More features will be developed for various activity types such as cycling and trail running in the future.

Who developed EvoLab?
EvoLab is developed entirely by COROS. Over the last 12 months, the COROS sports science team has spent countless hours developing EvoLab with the help of hundreds of avid runners around the world beta testing the features for over 6 months.
Do I have to pay for EvoLab?
Absolutely not. EvoLab is free for all COROS users and will become more and more powerful as we continue to add new features to it. Just as what we have been doing in the past 3 years, frequent software updates are brought to all COROS watches adding various new features and performance enhancements. This is not just to create greater value for our users and enhance customer satisfaction, but also to keep all COROS watches working longer – a nice way to reduce the burden on our planet and increase sustainability.
Does EvoLab support non-COROS data imported to my COROS account?
We understand that there may be times when your training is not tracked by your COROS watch. Non-COROS data imported to your COROS account is included for EvoLab automatically. Check out this blog for details on how to import data recorded from non-COROS devices.
