Some users may be confused when they notice that their VO2Max readings drop with the EvoLab update. The reason is that EvoLab utilizes more factors and more advanced algorithms to provide accurate evaluation of your fitness and performance. Certain factors may not be considered in the estimation of your VO2Max via previous algorithms.
We recommend focusing on the race predictor for more practical feedback on your fitness and manually adjust it if it's not correct. Your VO2Max will be adjusted accordingly if the race predictor receives a major update through manual input or a new workout. Unfortunately we don't support manual input of VO2Max.
