Of course! When following a training plan created from the COROS app or synced from TrainingPeaks, the finished workouts will be included in the calculation of EvoLab metrics.
Eligible workouts tracked by non-COROS devices or downloaded from 3rd party platforms can be imported to your COROS account and used for EvoLab. Click here to find out how to manually import data to your COROS account.
