Please do not uninstall the COROS app or reset the watch when you notice that one or more workouts are not syncing to the app. Please follow the steps listed in this blog to remove the watch properly from the phone and pair it back.
If the issue remains while newer workouts are syncing to the app, please follow the steps below.
- Take photos of the unsynced workouts on the watch > History. Please include the workout type, distance, and date.
- Submit feedback on the COROS app > Profile page (shield icon) > Submit Data > Send.
- Contact email@example.com and provide your COROS account email and watch ID to receive further assistance.
