- Dependent on your region, either a free replacement or store credit equivalent to the value of one APEX 46mm will be issued to affected users that have submitted the recall form correctly.
- All replacement watches sent from COROS or ordered using the store credit will receive a refreshed 2-year warranty.

- Customers from select countries and regions are required to provide detailed shipping information.
- Store credit for US entries will be arranged within 2 business days of your form submission. Please follow the instructions in the email to order a replacement watch.
- If located in the US, replacement APEX 46mm will be fulfilled within 14 business days of your form submission. For customers outside of the US, replacement timelines will depend upon inventory availability from your local distributor.
