COROS Wearables has issued a recall on a select number of COROS APEX 46mm watches.
Why did I receive this message?
We are proactively reaching out to users whose watches have triggered a flag in our system, indicating that there may be a potential hardware failure in the future.
Only users who have been contacted via email are included in the product recall at this time. The recall is currently a select number of APEX 46mm devices.
Under the terms of the COROS Recall and Upgrade Process, you will have the options that follow:
- Receive a replacement APEX 46mm device
Using the Google Form at the bottom of this page, we will cross-verify that your specific Device ID was included in the recalled watch list. If the device ID that you submit below does not match our list, you will not receive your upgrade or replacement, please double-check for typos.
Please fill out the form with your Device ID, Name, Email, Shipping info, and Order Number if you chose to upgrade. If you choose not to upgrade, simply put "N/A" in the order number field.
It is important to emphasize that if you choose to upgrade, it is required that we have your order number to pass to your local distributor and without this number, we will not be able to ship your upgrade.
Below you will find the upgrade options. Selecting which model/color you choose to upgrade to will bring you to our Shopify site to complete your payment.
