Please follow the steps below if your APEX Pro/APEX 2/APEX 2 Pro/VERTIX/VERTIX 2 can't be detected by the computer when you plan to add map or music files.
- Restart the computer.
- Restart the watch.
- Please turn off the watch via System > More Settings > Turn OFF and then turn it back on by holding the power button (LIGHT button).
- Connect the APEX Pro/APEX 2/APEX 2 Pro/VERTIX/VERTIX 2 to the computer using a charging cable properly.
- Locate the barometer on the left-hand side of the watch.
- Insert the charging cable and make sure the logo on the cable is facing the same direction as the barometer.
