If you notice one of the following notifications on the watch or the COROS app, all functions on your watch may become disabled.
Action Required/Service Update (B006/B008)
A watch has been included in a mandatory recall. Please visit this page for more details.
Lost Watch (B007)
A watch has been reported lost or stolen. If found, please contact COROS support for a prepaid label to return this watch.
Defective Watch (B009)
A watch has been deactivated due to the replacement unit being activated by the owner.
All COROS watches purchased from COROS.com or any authorized re-seller come with a 2-year manufacture warranty. When a warranty claim is approved by COROS, the watch owner is entitled to a replacement watch. Once the replacement watch has been issued and activated, the defective watch will lose all functions and become deactivated automatically. Please do not try and sell any defective watches.
Disabled Watch (B010)
This watch has been deactivated due to reasons including but not limited to hardware defects and violation of COROS Terms of Service.
Store Demo Watch (B011)
This watch is for in-store demo purposes only and not for resale.
