I just received my watch and the watch is not turning on

If you have received your watch and it is not turning on, please follow the steps to turn on the watch.

1. Plug the charger into the watch. (See: How to charge your COROS watch)
2. Press and hold the power button for 15 seconds or until the COROS logo appears. 
   • COROS PACE - lower left button (CONFIRM button)
   • COROS PACE 2 - lower button (BACK button)
   • COROS PACE 3 - lower button (BACK button)
   • COROS APEX - top button (Digital Dial)
   • COROS APEX Pro - top button (LIGHT button)
   • COROS APEX 2 - top button (LIGHT button)
   • COROS APEX 2 Pro - top button (LIGHT button)
   • COROS VERTIX - middle button (Digital Dial)
   • COROS VERTIX 2 - top button (LIGHT button)

If the watch still does not turn on, please follow the next set of steps below. 

1. Charge the watch for over 2 hours even if the screen doesn’t turn on.
2. Remove the charging cable from the watch this time. (This step is important.)
3. Press and hold the Power button for over 15 seconds or until the COROS logo shows up.
   
   • COROS PACE - lower left button (CONFIRM button)
   • COROS PACE 2 - lower button (BACK button)
   • COROS PACE 3 - lower button (BACK button)
   • COROS APEX - top button (Digital Dial)
   • COROS APEX Pro - top button (LIGHT button)
   • COROS APEX 2 - top button (LIGHT button)
   • COROS APEX 2 Pro - top button (LIGHT button)
   • COROS VERTIX - middle button (Digital Dial)
   • COROS VERTIX 2 - top button (LIGHT button)
