If you have received your watch and it is not turning on, please follow the steps to turn on the watch.
- Plug the charger into the watch. (See: How to charge your COROS watch)
- Press and hold the power button for 15 seconds or until the COROS logo appears.
- COROS PACE - lower left button (CONFIRM button)
- COROS PACE 2 - lower button (BACK button)
- COROS PACE 3 - lower button (BACK button)
- COROS PACE Pro - lower button (BACK button)
- COROS APEX - top button (Digital Dial)
- COROS APEX Pro - top button (LIGHT button)
- COROS APEX 2 - top button (LIGHT button)
- COROS APEX 2 Pro - top button (LIGHT button)
- COROS VERTIX - middle button (Digital Dial)
- COROS VERTIX 2 - top button (LIGHT button)
- COROS VERTIX 2S - top button (LIGHT button)
If the watch still does not turn on, please follow the next set of steps below.
- Charge the watch for over 2 hours even if the screen doesn’t turn on.
- Remove the charging cable from the watch this time. (This step is important.)
- Press and hold the Power button for over 15 seconds or until the COROS logo shows up.
