The Metronome function allows you to train at a consistent rate using tones and / or vibrations to guide you. You can enable this both during a workout and outside of a workout as well.
Access Metronome from the toolbox/shortcut menu:
- Main watch face OR during workouts → press and hold the BACK/LAP button → Metronome.
There are two settings to select from:
- BPM (Beats Per Minute)
- This is how frequently per minute you want your watch to alert you
- Vibrations, Tones, or Vibrations & Tones
- This is the style in which you would like your watch to alert you for each beat
Please note that while you are able to access the Metronome from both the main watch face and during workouts, your selections from each place don't carry over to the other. They do carry over from within the same point of access though, so Metronome selections accessed from the main watch face persist to the next time you access via the main watch face, and Metronome selections accessed from within a workout persist to the next time you access it from within a workout.
