COROS tracks sleep for the first 6 hours from the time the watch detects you are asleep. If a user wakes up in the middle of the night for the first time, the watch will continue detecting sleep patterns. If the user falls asleep within 5 hours, the next sleep period will be recorded. Sleep tracking will not be recorded if the user falls asleep again after 5 hours.
After sleep has stopped recording, the sleep data will sync automatically to your COROS account if a Bluetooth connection is established. If you don’t see the updated data on the COROS app, please tap on the Today page, pull down, and release the page until the top section shows syncing progress.
To manually exit Sleep Mode, please follow the steps below.
- From the main watch face, use the digital dial to scroll to the Sleep widget.
- Press the digital dial to exit sleep tracking and view your sleep data.
