For those who would like to record a multi-phase running workout on the track as a singular activity instead of multiple separate activities, COROS recommends using Track Run mode.
An example of a multi-phase running workout may look like: (a) running to the track, (b) running on the track, and (c) running back from the track.
Before you enter the track, the watch will record the segment running to the track as a normal run until it detects you are on the track. The Track Run algorithm will kick in after the second lap. The first lap around the track will be used to determine if you are on the track following the initial normal run segment.
