COROS supports automated data sharing and API access for third-party platforms authorized by our users, in alignment with EU data protection regulations (including GDPR and the EU Data Act).
We manage third-party API access through a standardized, objective developer onboarding process. Rather than building custom integrations or conducting manual selection reviews, we grant access through our standard OAuth 2.0 API framework to any platform that satisfies our standard security and operational requirements.
How to Request API Access (Developers)
If you represent a software platform or developer seeking to connect with COROS on behalf of users, please complete our standard onboarding process:
- Submit Technical Details: Have an authorized technical representative submit your company details, technical contacts, and OAuth 2.0 redirect URIs.
- Review & Accept Standard Terms: Agree to our standard, non-discriminatory API Terms of Use, which include standard security requirements, data privacy compliance, and system rate limits.
- Receive API Credentials: Once your identity and security specifications are verified, our team will issue your API Client ID and Secret to enable automated data transfers.

How to Request API Access (Individuals)
If you are an individual user looking to connect COROS to a specific app, please forward this email (api@coros.com) to the developer of that platform so they can complete standard onboarding and enable the connection.
