Downloading routes
Before following a route on your COROS device, you need to first upload the route to your COROS app. You can do this in a few ways, either by creating a route directly within the app, or importing from another source.
- Create a route: Check out our article on the Explore Page for details on how to create routes within the COROS app.
- Sync routes from other apps: If your COROS account is linked to 3rd party apps such as Strava or Komoot, you can automatically sync routes from those platforms directly to your COROS app. The synced routes will appear in the My Collection folder in the Explore page.
- Save a previous activity as a route: Open activity of your previous activities from the Activities page in your COROS app. Select the three dots in the top right corner, and choose "Save Route" to add this route to your library. (You can save your most recent activities as routes even without a network connection.)
-
Import a route: To import a route from another source, such as a race website, open and save the route using the COROS app.
- First, download the route from the website in GPX format.
- Select the GPX file. When prompted to choose an app to open the file, select the COROS app.
- Press "Save" to save the route to your app.
