Syncing routes from AllTrails to COROS requires downloading the trail as a GPX file, then opening it with your COROS app. Routes can only be downloaded from the Alltrails website, not from their mobile application.
When downloading .gpx files from AllTrails, you will be required to log into your account via the AllTrails Website to get started. Once you have logged into your AllTrails account via their website, please follow the steps below to download a .gpx file and import it into your COROS Account:

Open the trail you wish to download.

Click the green "Hit the Trail" button at the bottom.

Select "Export Map File."

Select "GPX Track" as the file format.

Save the file to your computer.

Share it to your smartphone via AirDrop, email, or another method.
