The Move Alert reminder helps you break up long periods of inactivity with a vibration and message on the watch screen. If your watch detects that it's been a while since you last moved, you can receive a gentle alert on your wrist reminding you to take a little break to walk around.
Your watch rotates between several different movement reminder messages and animations. A Move Alert occurs if your watch detects approximately 50 consecutive minutes of inactivity. Move Alerts won't occur if the watch detects you are sleeping, napping, exercising, when the watch is in Do Not Disturb mode, or when the watch is actively charging.
If you had an active day, a more gentle move alert reminder will be shown.
Some watch faces will display a Move Alert progress bar that updates for every 10 minutes you've been sedentary.
How to disable Move Alerts
You can toggle Move Alerts on/off by going to System > More Settings > Move Alert.
