Multisport

*Not available on PACE 1 or Kiprun 500/900

Whether looking to complete a diverse workout plan or adding some variety to your training, the Multisport activity mode is a great tool to help track a range of different workouts all in one session.

Customize Multisport

Customize your Multisport activity mode to match your specific workout preferences and assign the order for your activity types.

  1. From the main activity menu on your watch, scroll to Multisport.
  2. Scroll down and select "Activity."
  3. Select between 2 - 10 activity types.
    • Choose from Run, Indoor Run, Open Water swim, Pool Swim, Road Bike, Trail Run, Indoor Bike, Hike, Strength, Gym Cardio, GPS Cardio, Floor Climb, XC Ski, Track Run, Rowing, Indoor Rower, Flatwater, Walk, Jump Rope, Mountain Bike, and Gravel Bike modes
    • Note: The number of available activities and the activity type vary by watch model.
  4. Scroll down and toggle on "Repeat" if you wish to cycle through your activity list indefinitely.
  5. To delete one of the activities, select it and choose "Delete."

Activity Alerts: Within the Multisport activity mode, you can also scroll down to Activity Alerts and toggle them on or off. Activity Alerts cannot be customized within Multisport mode, but will reflect the activity alert settings you already have within each individual activity mode. For example, alerts for Open Water swim mode can be customized by going back to the main watch menu, selecting Open Water Swim, and adjusting the alerts there.

Using Multisport

Once you start a Multisport activity, your device will begin cycling through your list of selected activity types in the order they are assigned.

To transition between activities, press the dial and select "Transition." This will progress the workout to the transition phase. When you are ready to start the next activity, press the dial again. The watch will begin tracking the next activity type, and display the data pages associated with this next activity.

If you would like to pause or finish your workout, press the dial and select "Pause." This will prompt you to finish the workout, or review the details associated with the session up to that point.

If you have "Repeat" enabled, your device will continue cycling through your list of assigned activity types until you pause and finish the workout on your device.
