On flat terrain, instant pace can help you better dial in your pacing. With instant pace, you can know your pace with no GPS delay to ensure you never go above or below your intended pace.
The COROS POD 2 can help you train by providing you with more accurate information during your workouts, and more data to review after each workout. Go into your COROS App or Training Hub account to see metrics and data to help identify your strengths and weaknesses. This tool is designed to provide you with the best data possible so you can continue to further your training and performance.
No, the COROS POD 2 GPS enhancement will only work when worn on the foot.
If your POD 2 is measuring distance accurately outdoors on "known" routes, the POD 2 will likely track indoors with the same accuracy, and there is no need to calibrate the distance post-run.
However, if the distances recorded by the POD 2 and treadmill are very different, and you have reason to believe the POD 2 may not be calibrated correctly, we do recommend manually calibrating the distance on the watch post-run.
