COROS offers a Replace and Recycle Program designed to provide a cost-effective solution for users facing watch-related issues that are not covered under our standard warranty policy.

If you find that your watch is eligible for the Replace and Recycle Program, please contact support@coros.com for more information on how to proceed and guide you through the process of receiving the rebate towards your new COROS watch.
Please note: This program applies only to watches that are experiencing a confirmed defect or non-resolvable issue outside of its standard 2-year warranty, and is exclusively available to residents of the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and EU at this time. The Replace and Recycle Program does not operate as a rebate or trade-in service, and therefore devices that are functional yet out-of-warranty are unable to participate with this offer.
