COROS offers a Replace and Recycle Program designed to provide a cost-effective solution for users facing warranty-related issues with their watch that are not covered under our standard warranty policy.
Confirming Eligibility
This program applies only to watches that are experiencing a defect or non-resolvable issue outside of its standard 2-year warranty, which has been confirmed and verified by a COROS Expert. This program is exclusively available to residents of the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and select EU Countries.
COROS Support Insights
At this time, the following EU Countries are ineligible to participate in the Replace and Recycle Program: Norway, Switzerland, Serbia, Ukraine. Regional eligibility for this program is subject to change, and we will inform our community of any adjustments made as soon as possible.
Additional Considerations
The Replace and Recycle Program does not operate as a rebate or trade-in service, and therefore devices that are functional yet out-of-warranty are unable to participate with this offer. In addition, for those who are eligible to participate in the Replace and Recycle program, the credit provided can only be used towards the purchase of a new COROS watch through the following approved COROS websites:
Credit offered through the Replace and Recycle program cannot be redeemed through 3rd party vendors or retailers, or used towards the purchase of a COROS watch via 3rd party websites such as Amazon or eBay.
