October 2026 Feature Update - Beta Instructions
Our next feature update brings global offline maps for COROS PACE 4, partial emoji support for notifications, Cycling VO2Max, and algorithm optimizations for both Hill Alerts on Trail Run routes and Effort Pace.
iOS
- Install the latest public COROS app version from the iOS App Store
- Have the Testflight app installed from the iOS App Store
- Join the COROS Beta group via this link: OCTOBER BETA GROUP
- Accept the beta invitation and update the COROS app in Testflight
- Update your device firmware
Android
- Install the beta Android app via this link: ANDROID BETA APP (If the download fails, please attempt it on a different browser or computer)
- Join the COROS Beta group via this link: OCTOBER BETA GROUP
- Update your device firmware
After installing the beta software, your app version should be 4.10.6 and your device firmware should be 3.2006.0*

Detailed Guide to Installing Beta Software
For a step by step guide to installing the public beta, please see the instructions below:
- Download the Testflight app from the iOS App Store (if you do not already have it installed)

Open the Beta Group link provided to you and select the "Open in COROS" button
- Accept the in-app Beta invitation prompt
- Jump back to Testflight, accept and join the beta there, and allow the new app to install
- Check your watch for any firmware updates and install them

Download and install the beta app via the link that was provided to you
- Depending on your phone or phone browser settings, you may need to go to Settings - Apps - Special App Access - Install Apps from Unknown Sources.

Open the Beta Group link provided to you and select the "Open in COROS" button
- Accept the in-app Beta invitation prompt
- Check your watch for any firmware updates and install them
Beta Testing FAQs
On your watch:
- Open the COROS app
- Go to the Profile page
- Select your watch
- Select "Leave Public Beta" at the bottom if you see that option:
In your COROS app:
- Open the COROS app
- Go to the Profile page
- Select "Settings"
- Select "App Version"

Select "Leave Public Beta" if you see that option:

If on iOS, open the Testflight app. If COROS is listed, select it and scroll to the bottom of the page, then select Stop Testing.
- Open your phone's app store and search for the COROS app.
- Download and install the public version of the app from your phone's app store.
- Check your watch for a firmware update.
- If you see one available, install it
- If one is not available, you will need to wait until the next public firmware version is released and install that firmware version at that time
You may not have a watch that is eligible for the current beta testing stage, or the testing may have reached capacity.
Typically there is no risk to your data from being on beta software. Some bugs may exist in the software, such as improper formatting, or functions that do not work perfectly, but your activities and daily data should still track normally. There is always some additional risk with beta software though, so only participate if you are willing to accept a slightly heightened amount of risk.
