COROS app supports the date format based on your language and region. Please follow the steps below to configure the settings in the system.
Change the region
iPhone System > General > Language & Region > Region > select your region
Change the language
iPhone System > General > Language & Region > iPhone Language > select your language
The date format on the COROS app will now get updated to the correct format.
