Add videos to your 3D Flyover
After syncing media to your completed activity, you can now select videos to include in your 3D Flyover.
- From the activity summary, click the Sync Media icon on the right side of the screen. Select the photos and videos that you want to include.
- Click the share icon in the top right corner of the activity summary, then select 3D Flyover Video.
- Select Sync Media, and choose from any of your synced photos and videos. 5 seconds of each video will be played during the flyover, and you can manually select which 5 seconds of each video you'd like to include.
- Click Share in the top right corner to preview the flyover video. As the flyover moves through your route, each of your chosen photos and videos will be displayed along your route.
PACE Pro supports street names and POIs on maps
You can now view street names and points of interest directly on your PACE Pro map screen, so you can better orient where you're at and navigate the environment around you. Roads, trails, and paths are also differentiated with colors and line thicknesses to help you better distinguish what trail or running path you should take.

Sync up to 100 routes and workouts to your device
You can now sync up to 100 routes and workouts each to your COROS device (increased from 30).
Manage your on-device storage by opening the COROS app to the Profile page, selecting your device, and clicking Storage at the top of the page.
Environmental data available in the COROS app, and on more devices
You can now view Environmental data for up to 5 locations within your COROS app. Device support for Environments is expanded to include APEX 2, APEX 2 Pro, APEX 4, VERTIX 2, VERTIX 2S along with COROS NOMAD. Click here to learn more about setting up and viewing environmental data.
Running form metrics supported directly by your watch

In Run and Track Run modes, you can now receive Ground Contact Time, Stride Height, and Stride Ratio directly from your COROS watch, without needing to pair with a foot pod. These metrics are viewable on your wrist in real time, and in your finished activity summary. Want to learn more? Click here.

From the activity summary page, you can now modify the position of your media along your GPS track.
- Select one of your media thumbnails along the route.
- Select "Modify position" in the bottom left corner.
- Drag the map to reposition the image thumbnail and click "Confirm" when done.
You can now choose Strength as one of the activity types within Multisport mode.
- Select Multisport mode on your watch.
- Scroll down and select "Activity".
- Select one of your current activity types, or scroll down and select "Add" (you can add between 2-10 activities within Multisport).
- Select Strength mode.

While tracking an Outdoor Climb, your watch can now detect falls. It can also detect when you've completed a climb by reaching the start point.
View the previous activities and training calendar on your COROS watch by scrolling down from the main watch face. These were previously available in the main activity menu, but now appear within your daily widgets.
While using navigation, if your watch detects that you are following the route in the opposite direction for a duration of time, a Reverse Navigation Direction alert will appear. You can press the dial to confirm and dismiss the alert. Or, if you return to follow the route in the direction it was created, the alert will disappear and navigation will resume as usual.
A Missed Segment alert will appear on your watch if you have gone off route for at least 200 meters before returning back to it, or if you performed a U-turn before the location you were intended to.
Depending on the type of indoor activity recorded, you'll now see new graphics displayed in the background of the activity summary page.
When creating a custom activity, you can now select Water Temperature as a metric.
*Currently only available on COROS NOMAD
You can now set up Water Depth and Maximum Water Depth as data fields in Open Water swim mode.
In Triathlon mode, your total moving time now includes transitions. Previously, your transition times were filtered out from the total moving time.
For longer activities, the hours digit will shrink in some layouts to allow for easier viewing of the minutes and seconds digits, which remain a normal font size.
For cycling activities recorded with power data, you'll now see Efficiency Factor and Variable Index in the activity summary.
- Efficiency Factor (EF) = Average Power (AP) / Average Heart Rate
- Variable Index (VI) = Normalized Power (NP) / Average Power (AP)
Customize your data fields for XC Ski mode to include real-time pace, average pace, and lap pace.
