How to Crop Activities

Forgot to stop your activity after a run or ride? We’ve all been there. Now you can easily crop and trim your outdoor activity in the COROS app to delete an unwanted portion from the end of your route.

Which activities can be cropped? You can crop most outdoor activities (see below for more details). Indoor activities are not supported at this time.

What data can be cropped? Only a portion from the end of the activity can be selected to be cropped. The beginning of an activity cannot be cropped. All data associated with the selection will be deleted, including time, pace, speed, heart rate, and any Training Load or Personal Records accumulated.

To get started, open your activity from the second page in the COROS app. In the top right corner, select the three dots, then select "Crop."

Use the slider on the pace/speed graph or the slider on the timeline to adjust the end of your activity to the correct timestamp. For more precision, use the plus and minus buttons next to distance and time.

When you're finished, click Save in the top right corner, and your changes will be applied. Note: Cropping an activity cannot be undone. Your total distance, average pace/speed, and fitness metrics will also be adjusted based on your changes. Any Personal Records obtained from the inaccurate data will be removed, but any medals will remain.

Supported Activity Modes

Most outdoor activities can be cropped, with these exceptions:

Walk (indoor), Pool Swim, Strength, Multisport, Triathlon, Jump Rope, Ski, Snowboard, XC Ski, Outdoor Climb, Bouldering, Pickleball (indoor), Padel (indoor), Running Fitness Test, Running Form Test, and indoor activities cannot be cropped.
