Log Training Notes and RPE with Your Voice

*Available on COROS PACE 4, COROS APEX 4, and COROS NOMAD

Record your RPE (perceived exertion) and training log notes via your voice, so you can quickly capture how your workout felt, along with details like nutrition and recovery, to build a more complete and meaningful training journal.

After completing a structured workout or activity, press the Action button (indicated by a green microphone on the completed activity screen) to record your voice note. When you're finished, you can also choose your perceived exertion on the watch.

If you need to re-record your voice notes, you can do so at any time from your watch. Scroll down from the main watch face to the Previous Activity widget and locate the workout that you'd like to edit. Scroll through the workout details to the Training Notes section, where you can press the dial to select and re-record your voice training notes.

Your voice notes and RPE selection are saved to the activity summary in your COROS app. Scroll down towards the bottom of the summary, where you can listen back on your voice notes or read the transcription. If your coach has access to your workouts in Training Hub, they'll be able to see your RPE and training notes as well.
