View the current and historical temperature recorded by your watch's temperature sensor.
From the main watch face, scroll down through the daily widgets until you see the Temperature widget. Press the dial to open the widget, where you can scroll through the temperature measurements from the last 4 days using the dial or swiping across the touch screen.
For best results, remove the watch from your wrist and place it away from your body for at least 10 minutes to reduce the impact of body heat on the watch's temperature sensor.
