Available on PACE 4, APEX 4, NOMAD
After finishing a workout, you can now leave voice training notes directly from the completed workout screen by pressing the Action button. Previously, voice training notes were only available after first selecting an RPE (rate of perceived exertion).
If you need to re-record your voice training notes and overwrite the previous recording, you can do so by going to the Previous Activity widget, selecting the activity, and scrolling down to the current Training Notes section, where you can press the dial and choose to re-record your voice training notes.

Sync Sleep Data to TrainingPeaks
After connecting your COROS and TrainingPeaks accounts, your sleep data will sync from COROS to TrainingPeaks, where you can view your sleep data in TrainingPeaks from the Metrics card. If your accounts are already connected, you will need to unlink and re-link them from the 3rd party apps page in the COROS app.
More Optimizations
We've made optimizations to the Running Fitness model to make it more responsive to changes in fitness. Because of this, you may see your Running Fitness score and Race Predictor times update more frequently.
You can now customize your Strength activity data pages to add Calories as a metric to view in real-time. We've also improved the rep tracking detection.
When choosing a start date for a training plan, you can now select any date within the next 2 years. You can also start a new training plan on any week other than the first week of the plan. When doing so, the plan will auto-adjust based on the remaining time. This includes filtering out the previous workouts prior to the selected start date of the plan.
While following a route, the elevation profile page now only displays the remaining ascent for the rest of the route. Previously, the total elevation of the route was shown.
Your current VO2 Max is now available from the Running Fitness widget. From the main watch face, scroll down and select to open the Running Fitness widget. Your VO2 Max is listed here directly beneath your Running Fitness score.
