Pair your AbsolutSweat hydration sensor with your COROS watch to track your sweat rate, electrolyte loss, and more on your COROS watch and app.
Pairing both devices
- Follow the AbsolutSweat manual to pair the sensor with the AbsolutSweat app and update the firmware (if an update is available).
- Make sure your COROS watch is updated to the latest firmware version by going to the COROS app > Profile page > select your device > Firmware.
- When you're ready to pair your AbsolutSweat sensor with your COROS watch, first remove the sensor from the AbsolutSweat app. This will ensure a seamless connection with your COROS watch.
- Next, long press the Back button on your COROS watch and go to System > Accessories > Add Bluetooth to begin searching for nearby Bluetooth devices.
- Once your watch and sensor are paired, open your desired activity mode on your COROS watch.
- Wait until heart rate, GPS, and accessory signals stop flashing and remain solid, indicating all sensors are ready. Press Start to begin tracking. A new data page will be added to the rest of your data pages showing hydration metrics. (You can also customize your data pages to show specific hydration metrics from your AbsolutSweat sensor. See the section below on how to do so.)
- When you're finished, save the activity on your COROS watch. You can view a summary of your hydration data from the activity, alongside your regular activity stats, in the COROS app.
Customize data pages
View your hydration data directly on your COROS watch by customizing your data pages. To do so, open your COROS app to the Profile page, select your watch, and choose "Activity Settings."
Select the activity mode you wish to customize, then choose "Activity Data Pages."
