Setting Up COROS POD 2

When using the COROS POD 2 for the first time, place it in the charging dock, and then remove it from the dock to wake it up. There are two ways to pair your COROS app with the POD 2:

1. There is a QR code included in the POD 2 packaging. In the Profile page (fourth tab) of the COROS app, you can use the scan option in the top right corner to scan the QR code from the packaging.
2. Open your COROS app to the Profile page. Scroll down to "Accessories", then click "Add" to pair with the POD 2.

Once the COROS POD 2 is paired to your COROS app, it will be automatically added to all of your watches' accessories Added List.  You can manually remove the COROS POD 2 from your watch by going to System > Accessories > Added List > COROS POD 2 > Delete.

You can clip the COROS POD 2 to either your shoelaces or on the back of your shorts/waistband.  Please see How to wear the COROS POD 2 for tips and best practices.

On your watch, enter Run, Trail Run, Track Run, or Indoor Run.  Wait until the GPS, heart rate, and COROS POD 2 (accessories) icons are illuminated before starting your run.

The COROS POD 2 will automatically display the data being measured directly to your watch whether being worn on the waist, or the foot.  See COROS POD 2 Advanced Running Metrics for more information.

When you are finished running, make sure to finish the activity on your COROS watch and sync with the app.  Your COROS POD 2 data will automatically be saved with your completed run, and you can view a detailed breakdown in the activity summary in the app.

Charging the COROS POD 2

To recharge the dock, plug it into the charging cable and connect to a power source. An orange light on the dock will indicate that it is charging. A stable green light will let you know when it is reached 100%.

When either the COROS POD 2 or the dock are removed from power, the light will indicate if the battery is above or below 5%:

• A green light = battery > 5%

• An orange light = battery < 5%

You can check the battery level of your COROS POD 2 on your COROS watch by navigating to System -> Accessories -> Added List -> Find the COROS POD 2, if connected the COROS POD 2 will display a battery percentage. You will also see the battery level on your COROS POD 2 prior to starting an activity when connected or within the COROS app Profile page (4th tab).
