Activities Page & Activity Summary

The second page in the COROS app lists your activity history and activity details. Dig into the data from your epic trail run or bike ride, compare stats from historical activities, and create a shareable link or custom photo overlay.

Viewing Your Activity Data

From the Activity page, select any activity to open a summary of your data. At the top of the page, you'll see a GPX track of your route (for outdoor activities), muscle heatmap (for Strength sessions), or your intensity distribution (for indoor activities).

Scroll down to view graphs of your data, including pace/speed, heart rate, elevation gain, and more. Each data graph is expandable by tapping anywhere on the graph. In the expanded view, you can view an interactive overlay of multiple data points at the same time. Press and drag your finger along any part of the graph to view specific data for that section.

Lap Details

Scroll down to the bottom of the activity summary to view your lap details. Press anywhere on the lap details section to view your data in landscape mode with an expanded lap table.

If you recorded an unstructured workout, your lap summary will display any manual laps or Distance Auto Laps recorded throughout your activity. You can also filter your laps with an additional 1 km / 1 mile view (for running) or 5 km / 5 mile view (for cycling) that is available by default.

If you completed a structured workout, your warm up, training/exercises, rest phases, and cool down will be displayed here. You can also filter your laps to display just your active reps, hiding your rest phases.

Editing Your Activity

Some activities support editing and cropping. From the top of the activity summary, press the three dots in the top right corner and select "Edit" to see the following options:

  • Edit name, distance, and max elevation: You can modify the name, distance, or maximum elevation of your activity. Modifying the distance does not affect personal medals in the COROS app. Modifying the elevation does not affect the total gain or loss, but is only used to update the maximum elevation value.
  • Change activity mode: Depending on the original activity mode recorded, you may have the ability to change the activity type, such as converting a Run to a Trail Run.
  • Disable EvoLab: You can also toggle off EvoLab analysis for an activity, which will exclude the activity's data from impacting fitness metrics such as Training Load, Running Fitness, and Race Predictor.

Activity crop: Some activity modes support cropping the end of your activity. To do so, press the three dots in the top right corner and select "Crop." For more details on which activities are eligible, and how to crop your data, click here.

Delete an activity: From the Activities page, swipe from right to left across an activity to delete it. If the activity was completed within the past 60 days, any impact that it had on your Training Load, Running Fitness, and related fitness metrics will also be removed. This action will also move the activity into the Recently Deleted folder, where it will be permanently erased after 30 days. You can recover the activity within 30 days by going to All Activities > Recently Deleted.

Sharing Your Activity

There are multiple ways to share, export, and download your activity data, whether it's a custom photo overlay, a 3D flyover video, or a GPX file.

  1. Custom photo overlay: Overlay your stats on a photo with one of our professional templates. To get started, select the Share icon in the top right corner, then "Custom Photo."
  2. 3D flyover video: Watch your activity unfold from start to finish from a birds-eye view, with the photos and videos you captured along the way. To get started, you'll first need to add your photos and videos by pressing the "Add Media" button near the top of the activity summary page. This will pin your media to your activity map. Once this is done, select the Share icon in the top right corner, then "3D Flyover."
  3. Data summary: Share a photo strip of your activity summary and customize which data charts and map style are included. Select the Share icon in the top right corner and choose "Data Summary" to get started.
  4. Shareable link: Generate a temporary link so family and friends can view your activity details, including a map of where you traveled and any pins and media saved along the way. Press the Share icon, then "Shareable Link."
  5. Data export: Download your activity data as a FIT, GPX, or other file type. Press the three dots in the top right corner and choose "Export" to get started. If you need to export multiple activities or your entire activity history, see our article How to Bulk Export Activity Data.
  6. Save as a route: Save your activity track as a route stored in the Explore page, where you can sync it to your device to use in the future. To do so, press the three dots in the top right corner, and choose "Save Route."

Activity Map

If you saved any Pins - such Voice Pins or marked locations - or media during your activity, these will appear along your activity track at the top of the page. Select any pin or media to view details and make edits.

To add photos and videos taken during your activity, click the Media icon on the right side of the screen. Here you can select which media to include, and they will sync to the exact timestamp on your route.

Map display: For outdoor activities, select the layers icon or the 3D icon on the right side of the screen to customize the map display. Choose from different map styles like satellite, dark, or winter terrain, and switch from 2D to 3D view.

Historical Activities

How to filter your previous activities: If you're searching for a previous workout but can't remember when it took place, you can filter your activity list based on certain criteria.

  • Use the "All Activities" menu at the top of the page to filter by activity type.
  • If an activity was recently deleted (within the past 30 days), you can find it from the Recently Deleted folder under the "All Activities" tab.
  • Use the "Activity Tags" dropdown to quickly locate activities that include training log notes (and perceived exertion ratings), media (photos and videos saved to the track), or were part of group tracking.

Statistics

Open the Statistics menu in the top right corner of the activity page to view a breakdown of your distance, time, training load, and other metrics. Filter by activity type at the top of the page to view statistics that are specific for each sport type. Your threshold heart rate zone distribution is available at the bottom of the page.
