Requesting a Bulk Export of COROS Data

Exporting Activity History

If you are looking to obtain a bulk export of your personal training data, please follow the steps below:

  1. Login to COROS Training Hub from a desktop computer
  2. Click the Activity List tab at the top of the screen
  3. Select the "Export Data" option on the right side of the screen
  4. You will be prompted to choose a file format (either .FIT or .TCX) and enter an email address to receive the exported files.  Exporting to other file types are not supported at this time.

Exporting Sleep and Daily Data

To request an export of non-activity data recorded by your watch, such as daily metrics, sleep data, or heart rate, please contact our support team by following the instructions below: 
  1. Open the COROS App, ensure your device is in-sync, and then navigate to the Profile Page.
  2. Select "Customer Support"
  3. Select "Contact Support"
  4. Provide the specific date range for the data you wish to receive
  5. Agree to the Privacy Policy at the bottom of the screen and then select "Submit"

COROS Support Insights

Please allow the message to fully submit and press "Finish" before closing out of the COROS App or turning off your smart device. This will ensure your message is successfully received by our team, so we can work to complete your request as quickly as possible.
