Your COROS indoor cycling workouts can sync directly to Zwift, and your running and cycling activities recorded on Zwift can be synced back to your COROS account.
Setting Up the Integration
To get started, open your COROS app to the Profile page. Select 3rd Party Apps > Data Sync > Zwift. You will be prompted to log in with your Zwift credentials. Once connected, the integration runs automatically in the background.
How COROS workouts sync to Zwift: Any indoor cycling workouts scheduled for the current day will sync to your Zwift account. Future workouts (scheduled more than one day in the future) will sync on a rolling one day basis. When your COROS training schedule is updated, workouts are automatically pushed to Zwift.
How Zwift activities sync to COROS: When you complete an activity on Zwift, it syncs back to COROS automatically. Your COROS statistics, Training Load, and other fitness metrics will update shortly after the activity is received. (Currently, Zwift activities do not contribute to COROS daily calories.)
Recording an Activity on Both Platforms
COROS offers a Virtual Run mode, which lets you track a run on Zwift and your COROS watch at the same time. To learn more, visit our Virtual Run guide.
Virtual cycling is not currently supported. For cycling workouts, we recommend starting the session on the Zwift side and broadcasting heart rate data from your COROS watch if needed. The completed activity will then sync to your COROS account automatically.
