Now you can do both! Open your workout for the day in the activity menu, and before pressing Start, scroll down to Navigation to select a route. You can receive deviate course alerts and turn alerts in addition to your regular workout and activity alerts. This feature is only available in Run and Trail Run modes.
In Indoor Run mode, you can now create a Basic Interval workout. Before pressing start, simply scroll down and select Basic Interval to set up a workout for your next treadmill session.
For better accuracy, intervals can now be set in increments of 5 meters/5 yards.
Understand the impact of your recent training on a percentage scale from 0-100%, instead of the previous integer format.
- Excessive (>150%): Recent training may be overreaching or excessive.
- Optimized (100%-149%): Productive training in increasing Base Fitness.
- Maintaining (80%-99%): Moderate recent Training Load, maintaining Base Fitness.
- Resuming/Performance (50%-79%): Resuming represents increased Training Load is improving your fitness. Performance represents you are ready to take on significant physical effort.
- Decreasing (0%-49%): Low recent Training Load, Base Fitness declining.
On the first page of the app, scroll down and select "Edit" for greater customization. Here you can hide any unwanted home cards, or drag and drop to rearrange their order.
Your COROS Running Fitness Test and Running Form Test results can be synced directly to the notes section in your Strava activity. Note: You will need to first enable Strava Notes Sync from the Profile page > Settings > 3rd Party Apps > Strava.
From the Progress page, open the Stress card and scroll down to modify your settings. Note: Leaving activity stress toggled ON may increase your total stress measurement for the day.
To free up storage space, you can now delete certain data directly from your watch.
- Delete a route: From the main watch face, long press the Back button to open the toolbox menu. Scroll to the Navigation widget and select your route. Scroll through the options and select Delete. Note: Routes deleted in this manner are still available in the Explore page of your COROS app.
- Delete a workout: From the main activity menu, scroll to Workouts. Select the workout and scroll down to Delete. Note: Workouts deleted in this manner are still available in the Profile page of your COROS app.
- Delete Saved Locations: From the main watch face, long press the Back button to open the toolbox menu. Scroll to the Location widget and select Around Me. Select a location, then scroll down to Delete. Warning: Locations deleted in this manner will also be deleted from your COROS app.
