DURA can guide you through structured bike workouts. These can be downloaded from the COROS app, synced from other platforms, or created from scratch.
Download Workouts
Workouts can be created, downloaded, or synced from other platforms.
Download free workouts: Open the COROS app, head to the Profile page, and tap Workout Library to explore free workouts built by athletes and COROS coaches.
Sync from third party apps: Connect TrainingPeaks or another supported platform to COROS, and your planned workouts will automatically appear on your training calendar.
Build your own: Follow the step-by-step guide below to create fully custom workouts from scratch.
Create a Workout
To create a bike workout, follow these steps:
- Open your COROS app to the Profile page
- Select Workout Library, then "Create" in the top right corner
- Choose Bike mode. Select "Add Exercise" to add a warm up, cool down, rest, interval, or other training. Each session can be customized to a specific target and intensity.
- Target types: Time, Distance, Training Load, Open, or HR Recovery (for rest only)
- Intensity types: % Max HR, % HR Reserve, % Threshold HR, Heart Rate, Speed, Power, Cadence, or Not set
- To rearrange the order of your workout, press and hold any session to drag and drop it somewhere else.
- Create a "set" by combining two sessions, such as an interval and a rest. To do so, press and hold one of the sessions, then drop it directly on top of another session. Once they're combined, you can then increase the number of repeats for that set.
- Swipe left to delete or duplicate sessions.
- When you are finished, tap "Save" in the top right corner. Select the three dots to sync with your DURA. Up to 100 workouts can be stored locally on your DURA.
Follow a Workout on DURA
Once your workout is synced to DURA, follow these steps:
Scroll to the Workouts menu on DURA and select your desired workout from the list.
-
Adjust the following workout settings as needed:
Scroll down to View to preview the workout details.
-
Go to Auto Advance to determine if DURA progresses to the next phase of the workout automatically or manually.
When Auto Advance is set to OFF, each phase must be advanced manually by pressing the Back/Lap button. This is ideal for situations where you need to put the workout on hold and continue tracking mileage until you're ready to start the next phase of the workout.
When Auto Advance is set to ON, each phase advances automatically. DURA will alert you when the current phase is about to end, and the workout is about to progress to the next phase.
When you are ready, press Start to begin training. You can always pause the workout by pressing the dial, and you can skip any section by pausing and scrolling down to "Next."
Whenever you are following a structured workout on DURA, you can scroll through your regular data pages to a workout summary page that is added by default. The workout summary page includes a bar chart showing an overall view of what phase you currently are in and what's coming up.
Can I pause a workout and continue tracking my ride?
You are not able to pause your structured workout and continue tracking a normal ride until you wish to resume the structured training session at this time. The best option would be to turn Auto Advance OFF for the workout, which gives you more control over when the next stage begins. To do so, open the workout on your DURA, scroll through the workout settings to Auto Advance, and toggle this OFF.
Delete Workouts from DURA
On the Profile page, select DURA, then tap on the storage space icon. Toggle to Workouts and swipe from right to left to delete any workouts stored locally on your DURA. This does not delete the workouts from your Workout Library on the Profile page in the app.
