Customize when sounds are played
You can customize when DURA and DURA 2 SOLAR play sounds for notifications, activities, navigation, and more. To do so, go to System > More Settings > Sounds.
Operation / Button Tones
Sounds are played for menu selections via buttons and touch screen.
Notifications
Sounds are played when DURA / DURA 2 SOLAR receives a notification.
Activity
Sounds are played whenever an activity is started, paused, or resumed. This category also includes activity alerts (speed, distance, power, etc.) and workout alerts (interval countdown, new interval started, etc.).
Navigation
Sounds are played for Turn by Turn indicators, and whenever you start or finish a climb.
Radar
Sounds can be customized for your paired radar light: All, Vehicle Approaching only, or Off.
Other
Sounds are played when a route is synced to DURA, a workout is synced to DURA, a new accessory is added, a WiFi update is completed, or a power calibration is performed.
Note - The following features will always cause a sound to play when the feature is used: Bike Alarm, segment alerts, Find My, and off-route alerts. These sounds cannot be turned off in the Sounds menu.
Customize the volume of sounds
On DURA 2 SOLAR, swipe down from the top of the screen to open Control Center, and scroll down to the Volume setting.
Adjusting the volume is not available on DURA.
