How to Purchase COROS Products with FSA/HSA Funds

COROS is excited to announce that select products are now eligible for purchase using your FSA or HSA funds! This guide will walk you through the eligibility criteria, the steps to make your purchase, and important considerations to ensure a smooth checkout process.

Which COROS Products Are Eligible?

Currently, the following COROS products are eligible for FSA/HSA reimbursement:

  1. COROS Watches
  2. COROS Heart Rate Monitor
  3. COROS DURA

Please note: Eligibility is limited to these items and requires using TrueMed as your payment option during checkout on coros.com.

Steps to Purchase Eligible COROS Products

  1. Visit coros.com.
  2. Add your COROS watch or COROS Heart Rate Monitor to your cart.
  3. At checkout, select TrueMed as your payment option. Do not select ShopPay, as it does not provide the option to use FSA or HSA funds.
  4. Use your FSA or HSA card like a regular credit card to complete the purchase.

Important Considerations

Medical Approval Requirement: TrueMed typically requires medical approval to validate FSA/HSA purchases. As a result, shipping times may vary and could fall outside our standard shipping promise.

Documentation: Save your receipt for any potential FSA/HSA audits or reimbursement claims if you pay with a personal credit card. TrueMed provides detailed documentation to meet these requirements.

Avoid ShopPay: If you select ShopPay during checkout, you will not have the option to use your FSA or HSA funds. Make sure to select TrueMed instead.

Why Are Some COROS Products Not Eligible?

FSA and HSA funds can only be used for items that meet specific medical or health-related criteria. Currently, only COROS watches and the COROS Heart Rate Monitor qualify. Other COROS products, such as the speed sensor, accessories, and apparel do not meet these criteria and are not eligible for purchase using FSA/HSA funds.

What happens if I select ShopPay?

Selecting ShopPay will prevent you from using your FSA/HSA funds. Be sure to exit out of ShopPay and choose TrueMed as your payment option during checkout.

Will my order ship immediately?

TrueMed requires medical approval for FSA/HSA purchases, which may result in shipping delays. We recommend checking your email for updates on your order status.

Can I use my FSA/HSA funds outside the U.S.?
