Quick Help: Chat with our COROS Virtual Assistant
Receive immediate answers for troubleshooting an issue, or get quick tips on products and features.
- Open the COROS app to the Profile page (4th icon on the bottom).
- Select Customer Support
- Select Chat with COROS
Past conversations will remain stored within the COROS app, so you can go back and reference the information at any time. Select "New Conversation" whenever you would like to start a new chat with our virtual assistant.
Note: Chat does not transfer you to a live agent.
Contact our Support Team
Open a ticket with our support team through one of the options below:
In the COROS app (recommended):
- Open your COROS app to the Profile page (4th icon on the bottom).
- Select Customer Support > Contact Support.
- Select your device model and topic reason. Type a message explaining the issue, and upload any images or videos if applicable.
- Agree to the COROS Privacy Policy and press Submit.
Once completed, please check your email to confirm that a ticket has been created. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please follow the steps once again.
In the Help Center: Submit a support form from our General Support form. This will open a ticket with our support team.
Phone Support
COROS Support does not have an active phone number or offer phone support at this time. The best way to contact us is from your COROS app, by going to the Profile page and selecting Customer Support.
